国家杰出青年基金获得者,中国土壤学会土壤环境专业委员会主任,中国科学院土壤环境与污染修复重点实验室主任。
长期从事土壤环境界面化学过程、生态风险评价及污染土壤修复等方面的研究工作,发展了土壤溶液重金属离子化学形
态及生物有效性的评价方法;系统揭示了土壤中污染物交互作用的分子机制,发展了相关研究方法和理论;创建了基于
细胞膜表面电势的重金属植物毒性和吸收的预测模型;系统开展了重金属污染土壤修复方面的研究工作。共发表SCI论
文260多篇,SCI引用5000余次。

Winner of The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Director of Specialized Committee of
Soil Environment, Soil Science Society of China and Director of Key Laboratory of Soil Environment and Pollution
Remediation, Institute of Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, He has been engaged in the research on
chemical process of soil environmental interface, ecological risk assessment and contaminated soil remediation for
a long time; created the prediction model for the toxicity and absorption of heavy metal plants based on the surface
electric potential of the cell membrane; and systematically carried out the research on the remediation of heavy
metal contaminated soil. He has published a total of more than 260 SCI papers, with SCI citation times of over 5000.

演讲摘要

我国幅员辽阔、土壤类型复杂,重金属污染物种类多样、污染程度不一,需要加强对土壤修复原理方面的原创性研究,
探明污染物的迁移转化规律,开展分级、分类的农田重金属污染土壤控制和修复技术,开发经济有效且二次风险低的土
壤改良剂,筛选低吸收的作物品种,并获取高效吸收重金属的超积累植物及植物修复技术,发展污染农田水肥药等管控
措施等,建立区域性的农田重金属污染土壤修复的技术规范和模式。

Abstract:
China has a vast territory, complicated soil types, various kinds of heavy metal pollutants and different pollution
levels. It is necessary to strengthen the original research on the principle of soil remediation, explore the law
of transfer and transformation of the pollutants, develop the graded and classified control and remediation
technologies for heavy metal contaminated farmland, develop economical, effective and low secondary risk soil
conditioner, screen the low absorption crop varieties and obtain hyperaccumulator and phytoremediation technology
with high absorbing ability to heavy metals, develop the management and control measures for the water and
fertilizer polluting the farmland and establish the technical specifications and model for the regional remediation of
heavy metal contaminated soil in the farmland.

研究员,人社部“高层次留学人才”,首批“国家环境保护专业技术青年拔尖人才”,司法部、环保部首批“环境损害
鉴定专家”。现任环境保护部南京环境科学研究所土壤污染防治中心副主任、土壤与地下水污染控制研究室主任,河海
大学、东南大学校外研究生导师,中国土壤学会土壤修复专业委员会委员,江苏省土壤与地下水修复专委会副主任委
员。主要从事污染场地土壤和地下水的风险评估、修复技术和管理的研究。

Speaker Introdction:
Prof. Long Tao received his B.S. and M.S. degree from Tsinghua University, and Ph.D. from the University of
Connecticut in the field of environmental enginnering. He served as Research Associate and Postodoctoral scholar
at the University of Virginia and Tufts University. Currently he is associate director of the soil research center at
Nanjing Institute of Environmental Sciences, MEP. He participated in many research projects and environment
standard making processes regarding soil and groundwater pollution control, contributed to the investigation and
remediation of multiple large complex contaminated sites in China, and published over thirty research papers. He
was among the first nominees of National Environment Protection Youngth Talents, and received support from
national high-level overseas talents fund.

演讲摘要

以传导加热、电阻加热、蒸气加热等主要技术类型为代表的原位热脱附技术是一项较为先进的污染场地修复技术,近年
来在我国的土壤和地下水修复工程中的发展较快,已在多个场地实现了规模化应用。由于该技术集成度较高,工艺较为
复杂,我国对该技术的工程应用尚处于探索阶段。本报告将介绍原位热脱附技术的基本原理及关键要素,并介绍该技术
在国内外应用的典型案例。

Abstract:
In situ thermal desorption technology, represented by conduction heating, resistance heating and steam heating, is a
more advanced technology for remediation of contaminated sites. In recent years, it has developed rapidly in the soil
and groundwater remediation projects in China and has been applied in a large number of sites. Because of the high
integration and complex technology, the engineering application of this technology in China is still in the exploratory
stage. This report will introduce the basic principles and key elements of in situ thermal desorption technology and
introduce the typical application cases of this technology at home and abroad.

Speaker Introdction:
Professor, Doctoral Advisor, engaged in the research on solidification and stabilization of heavy metal contaminated
soil, vertical barrier technology of contaminated sites, research and development of functional soil covering materials
of VOC/SVOC contaminated land and their barrier properties. He has published more than 70 papers and four
papers were elected as ESI Highly Cited Papers, Scopus Database Highly Cited Papers and ScienceDirect Database
Top 25 Hottest Articles and won 30 national authorized patents as well as compiled 2 national technical standards.
He won the Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Inventions of the Ministry of Education (ranking first) in
2015, Second Prize of National Award for Technological Invention (ranking sixth) in 2012 and The 12th Mao Yi-sheng
Science and Technology Award (Youth Award for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering) in 2016;

演讲摘要

高风险污染暴露环境下土-膨润土竖向隔离屏障渗透系数增幅可达数百倍以上,阻隔性能严重衰退。聚合物改性膨润土有
效提升防渗截污性能。课题组研究表明,高浓度钙、铅、锌、六价铬和海水作用下,聚磷基分散剂和有机聚合物改性屏
障材料渗透系数可完全满足长期防渗要求(k 10-7 cm/s),吸附性能可提升1~3倍,有效扩散系数则保持不变。

Abstract:
The containment performance of soil-bentonite cutoff wall would significantly deteriorate when exposed to high-risk
contaminants. The hydraulic conductivity could increase by more than two orders of magnitude under such
circumstance. Polymer-treated bentonites are able to enhance the containment performance. The results obtained
from Southeast University indicate that the long-term permeability of soil-bentonite backfills created using
polymertreated bentonites keeps to meet the containment requirement (i.e., k 10-7 cm/s) under calcium, lead,
zinc, hexavalent chromium, and seawater with high solute concentration; while the sorption capability increases by
1~3times compared with that of untreated bentonite.

Liu Peng is Director of Technical Department of Beijing Construction Environmental Remediation Co., Ltd., where
he has been working with since his graduation with a Master degree in July, 2009. He has participated in a number
of large-scale remediation projects and served as Technical Director. He has individually participated in and won
1 company award for science and technology progress, obtained 9 invention patents, 11 new practical patents,
developed 3 company construction methods and 2 Beijing construction methods, and published 2 papers in core
journals.

土壤淋洗(土壤洗脱)技术,以其施工减量化、修复效果好、绿色可持续等优势,在我国工业污染场地修复领域得到了
越来越广泛的应用。北京建工环境修复公司在大连化工、广钢、和青岛底泥等若干个修复项目中成功应用了土壤淋洗技
术,达到了预定的修复效果,并积累了一定的设计、施工和管理经验。本报告对土壤淋洗技术的原理、工艺流程、施工
管理和实际案例等进行介绍和讨论,以期为行业的工程技术发展提供参考。

Abstract:
Soil washing technology has been widely used in the field of site remediation in China, with its advantages
of reduction in construction, better remediation performance and green sustainability. BCEG Environmental
Remediation Company LTD., has successfully applied the soil washing technology in several projects, such as Dalian
Chemical Industry, Guangzhou Steel, and Qingdao Sediment, achieved the remedial performances as expected, and
accumulated valuble experiences in designing, construction and management. This report introduces and discusses
the principles, technical processes, construction management and practical cases of soil washing technology,
devoted to provide reference for the engineering development of the industry.

co-edited 2 industry standards and applied for 35 inventions/ new practical patents; having chaired and participated

This report summarizes specially the treatment status of hexavalent chromium contaminated sites in China. From
there it introduces foreign techniques regarding chromium soil technology, and examines the experience and lessons
from domestic treatment projects. It concludes by examining the future development opportunities and challenges
for the treatment technology of hexavalent chromium contaminated sites in China.

查与修复项目。2016年开始担任宝航环境修复有限公司总经理。

Ma Jun, PhD, Senior Engineer, Registered Engineer in Connecticut, USA, has rich experience in the site investigation,
risk assessment, remediation plan design, construction of the remediation work and the project management. His
completed projects involve the investigation and remediation of many domestic and international contaminated
sites, including USA superfund sites, contaminated sites of the top 500 companies and large domestic contaminated
sites. He has acted as General Manager of the BaoHang Environmental Co., Ltd. since 2016.

新产业在新时代应该深入中国实际,紧扣时代脉搏,为社会提供更好的环境产品,成为中国特色社会主义的有力支撑,
环境产业从业者及监管单位应团结协作,从更大尺度上进行配合,做好修复工作的顶层设计。对于异位修复,建议结合
城市特点,将场地修复与矿山修复结合,建设集中的土壤修复处置中心统一进行修复及土壤资源利用,发挥生物修复优
势降低二次污染;对于原位修复,建议从更长尺度上进行监管与配合,注重过程管理、风险管控,实现经济效益、环境
效益的最大化。

Abstract:
The new industry in the new era should provide the better environmental products for the society and become a
strong support for the socialism with Chinese characteristics by going deeply into the Chinese reality and the pulse
of the times. The practitioners and regulatory units in the environmental industry should unite and cooperate in a
larger scale to do a good job in the top design of the remediation work. The ex-situ remediation is suggested to be
combined with the urban characteristics. The site remediation should be combined with the mine restoration and
the centralized soil remediation and disposal center should be constructed to restore and utilize the soil resource
and use the bioremediation advantage to reduce the secondary pollution; the in-situ remediation is suggested to
supervise and cooperate with the longer scale by paying attention to the process management and risk management
to maximize the economic and environmental benefits.

The main points of the technical design and operation management of ectopic thermal desorption are reviewed

位于中国上海的一家已关闭的染料化工厂的土壤和地下水中检测出大量苯胺和氯苯类污染物。在场地内其中一个土壤和
地下水中含有高浓度的苯胺、氯苯、邻二氯苯和对二氯苯污染物的小区块进行了原位热脱附修复中试,该区域污染从地
表延伸到地下约14m深处。报告对原位热脱附修复中试中获得的相关经验进行了总结。

Abstract:
Contamination of aniline and chlorobenzenes in soil and groundwater were identified in a demobilized dyestuff
chemical plant in Shanghai, China. A pilot test with in-situ thermal desorption technology was conducted on a plot
with significant concentration of aniline, chlorobenzene, 1,2-dichlorobenzene and 1,4-dichlorobenzene in soil and
groundwater. The contamination extended from ground surface to 14 m below ground surface. Lessons learned were
summarized from the pilot test in the presentation.

修复龙头企业、全球生态修复领先企业以及全国唯一以节能环保为主营业务的中央国家企业。先后负责污染场地咨询、技术研
发,设计院管理及技术工程管理;负责生态环境规划设计,包括山水林田湖草及农田、矿山及盐碱地规划治理等;组建研发设
计总院,牵头国际技术引进与并购,搭建国际技术创新平台。2012年3月,甘博士入选北京市第6批“海聚计划”,认定为“北

environment planning and design, including comprehansive eco-environment, mining site and saline-alkali land
planning and managemen; setting up general institute for research/development and design; leading work for
international M A of technology companies; establish international technological innovation platform. In March
2012, Dr. Gan was elected as Beijing High-level Oversea Talents, and was appointed as Beijing Distinguish expert.

可持续修复理念的定义是在同时考虑环境、经济、社会三个要素的基础上,通过平衡的选择最优的修复方案,使得修复带来的
收益超过其造成的负面影响。可持续修复是一种通过优化场地修复的各个阶段(从场地调查开始到修复工作完成)而达到有益
的修复方式。中节能大地环境修复有限公司是中国一家以污染场地、农田、垃圾填埋场、矿山、地表水和地下水修复和生态恢

Abstract:
Sustainable remediation can be defined as the practice of demonstrating, in terms of environmental, economic
and social indicators, that the benefit of undertaking remediation is greater than its impact, and that the optimum
remediation solution is selected through the use of a balanced decision-making process. Sustainable remediation
has emerged as a beneficial approach that optimizes all phases of site remediation, from site investigation to project
closeout.In this presentation, selected cases in application of sustainable remediation by CEC DADI in China are
discussed. Although sustainable remediation is still a relatively new concept in China, we believe that sustainable
remediation may lead a reform in the field of remediation and will become one of the new standards to guide the
development of the field remediation.

Speaker Introdction:
Dr. Xiong Zhong is the Chief Expert of the Aerospace Kaitian Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and
Deputy General Manager of its Environmental Remediation Division. He is a registered professional engineer in
California, USA. Before returning to China, he worked for AMEC, Haley Aldrich, world-famous environmental
consulting firms. He has more than ten years experiences in contaminated site investigation and remediation. He
has completed more than 50 large-scale and complex soil and groundwater remediation projects. He also led and
participated in research projects, developing innovative site investigation and remediation technologies which were
funded by federal government agencies. He has won two US invention patents, published many articles in academic
journals, and served as reviewers for more than 10 professional magazines. Since 2012, he has served as a board
member of the Southern California Chinese-American Environmental Protection Association.

本报告分为两个部分,第一部分根据美国ESTCP近期项目的统计,结合280个污染场地收集的近五万个地下水监测数据,分析
主要原位修复技术的效果和成本。数据来源包括公开发表的分析报告及科技文献、政府监管部门管理的数据库、针对具体项
目 的调查、修复技术效果研究报告等。分析的原位修复技术原位热脱附、原位化学氧化、原位化学还原、强化生物修复、原位
淋洗。第二部分介绍某典型六价铬污染场地修复工程案例分析,该项目采用水力循环、直接注入、地表渗入等方式注入还原药
剂,对深层地下水进行有效修复。

Abstract:
This presentation is divided into two parts. The first part, based on results of a resent ESTCP project, analyzes
the effects and costs of major in-situ technologies for groundwater remediation. Nearly 50,000 data points from
280 contaminated sites across the United States were analyzed to evaluate the performance of in situ thermal
remediation, in situ chemical oxidation, in situ chemical reduction, enhanced in situ bioremediation, and in situ
flushing with surfactant. Sources of data include published reports and scientific literature, databases managed by
government regulatory agencies, project survey, and studies on remediation technology performance. The second
part introduces the case study of a typical hexavalent chromium-contaminated site remediation project. This project
adopts hydraulic circulation, direct injection, surface infiltration and other methods to inject a reducing reagent to
effectively remediate deep groundwater.

IEG-GCW®技术已成功安装并在众多受污染场所运行。IEG-GCW®系统可实现的影响半径(ROI)取决于筛管段的距离,含
水层的特性,地下水流速和泵的速率。在第一个中国场地,其影响半径约为25米。IEG-GCW®是一种水力系统,可与多种不
同的处理技术相结合。在该场地安装时,我们将ISCO与地下水循环相结合,创建了一个有效的直接解决方案。IEG-GCW®运
行几周后,已经观察到碳氢化合物浓度的下降。单一的GCW系统可以覆盖近2000平方米的面积,最适合中国大型污染场地。

Abstract:
The IEG-GCW® technology has been successfully installed and operated in numerous contaminated sites. The
achievable radius of influence (ROI) of an IEG-GCW® system depends on the distance of the screen sections, the
anisotropy of the aquifer, the groundwater flow velocity and the pumping rate. At the first Chinese site installation,
the ROI is approx. 25m. IEG-GCW® is a hydraulic system, which can be combined with a multitude of different
treatment technologies. At the first site installation, we combine ISCO with groundwater circulation to create an
effective direct remediation solution with microbiological enhanced degradation at a later point. After several
weeks of IEG-GCW® operation, a decrease of hydrocarbon concentration can already be observed. A single GCW
system covers an area of nearly 2000 m2 , and optimally suited for large contaminated sites in China.

有机污染场地异位修复是目前最常用的修复技术之一,施工过程中产生的挥发性有机物(VOCs)引起的二次污染问题越来越受到
广泛关注,在总结常规二次污染防治措施优缺点的基础上,提出了一种新的修复思路:即采用“层原位化学氧化结合同步开挖
快速化学氧化”的施工方式,从而在源头上大幅度减少VOCs污染物进入空气环境,介绍了相应的成功案例。
Abstract:
VOCs produced during the construction process, which would cause secondary pollution, has been a growing
concern. And one of the most frequently used remediation techniques was ex-situ remediation. The advantages and
disadvantages of conventional prevention and control measures of secondary pollution were summarized and a new
restoration method, which was the combination of in situ chemical oxidation in shallow layer and rapid chemical
oxidation of synchronous excavation, was given. The method could substantially reduce VOCs into the air at source
and a success case was given.

Abstract:
This project is a typical case of soil management risk management and control . In the process of implementing
this project, we first clarified the environmental risk in the whole site through a detailed supplementary
investigation, and carried out the division and classification of the remediation subject - contaminated soil, and
then through the detailed construction organization design, the combination of physical barrier heavy metal
pollution stabilization The comprehensive management of the site has been implemented, and the established
environmental objectives have been achieved, which ensures the safe use of the future plots and provides a
reference for the remediation project of soil remediation and risk management for Taixing and its surrounding
areas.

Normal University. Has many years of experience in the fields of environmental, water resources, geology and

sites. Prior to joining BOSSCO, he was vice president and general manager of American Jessie international
consulting company. Jim Chen holds a bachelor s degree in hydrogeology and engineering geology from China
University of Geosciences and a master s degree in geology from University of South Florida in the US. He works in
BOSSCO s headquarters in Nanning.

考虑到环境安全和生命时不同时期的环境评价都很重要尽管其目的不同。工业场地环境评价是一个尽职调查,有可持续性的意
义。其内容很普通但它的精准性必须是严格的。尽职调查和地质勘察,可提供不同修复处理的方案和预算,结合地理信息系
统,大数据,云计算以及互联网的技术支持,建立场地信息的可持续性应用系统,例如环境智能网服务于市政建设,规划,以
及突发事件处理,减小和预防地质灾害。指导场地的土壤和地下水污染修复处理的正确执行和最终完成。

Abstract:
Environmental assessment of industrial sites is a due diligence and has sustainable significance. Its content can
be very common, but its accuracy must be strict. Due diligence, coupled with geological exploration, can provide
schemes and budgets for different restoration treatments,combined with the technical support of GIS, big data,
cloud computing and the internet, a sustainable application system of project site information is established, such
as ambient intelligence network serving the municipal construction, planning, and emergency treatment, so as to
reduce and prevent the harm caused by geo-hazard. That guides the correct implementation and final completion of
the remediation of soil and groundwater contamination.

The report mainly introduces the current challenges faced by contaminated sites remediation in China, as well

and problems, Jiangsu DDBS Environment Remediation Co., Ltd. has introduced and applied a couple of thermal
treatment remediation technologies such as Gas Thermal Remediation (GTR), Self-sustainingTreatment for Active
Remediation (STAR) and other international innovative and sustainable remediation technologies, accumulated a
large amount of thermal treatment remediation technology engineering practice and experience, and put forward
some thoughts and suggestions on the introduction of foreign advanced remediation technology into China.

Abstract:
The effect and mechanism displayed by such materials in water pollution and soil pollution remediation, and along
with their biological effects, jointly determine the application potential of such materials. The paper systematically
studies effects, influencing factors and mechanisms of these two types of composite materials in their removal
of organic and heavy metal contaminants in water by preparing a new-typed nano ferrous sulfide/biochar
composite and combined with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), elemental analyzer, Fourier transform infrared
spectroscopy (FTIR), Zeta potential, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and other
characterization methods; and discussed biological effects that the composite materials have on plants, animals
and microorganisms. Through the research above, scientific theoretical basis and methods are figured out for the
application of biochar and its composite materials in environmental restoration.

在中国,受汞污染的土壤面积达到3.2万公顷,土壤环境中各种形态的汞均可在一定条件下转化为剧毒的甲基汞。相对其它修
复技术而言,热脱附技术有安全、环保、高效的优势。根据汞在土壤中的不同的赋存形态,设计相对应的技术方案,结合宜可
欧环保热脱附设备技术的优势,既可以快速有效地达到处理要求,而且在处理成本上也有很大的优势。

Abstract:
In China, mercury-contaminated soil has an area of 32000 hectares. All forms of mercury in the environment
can be converted into highly toxic methylmercury under certain conditions. Compared with other remediation
technologies, thermal desorption has the advantages of safety, environmental protection and high efficiency.
According to the different occurrence forms of mercury in soil, the corresponding technical scheme is designed,
combined with the advantages of the environmental protection and thermal desorption equipment from ECO,
which can meet the treatment requirements quickly and effectively and also has a great advantage in the
treatment cost.

原位热脱附技术常用于无法挖掘的有机污染场地,通过土壤自身的导热性将加热元件的产生的热传导给土壤,将土壤加热到污
染物的挥发沸点,使污染物转化为气态通过真空抽提系统抽到地面以上进行尾气和尾水的处理。该加热元件可针对场地能源供
应条件选择电加热或天然气、液化石油气为原料进行加热,可使土壤温度高达400摄氏度以上。此次汇报将根据不同加热原料
(电和天然气)分别讲述两个国内外的工业场地原位热脱附案例。

Abstract:
In-situ thermal desorption technology is widely used for organic contaminated sites that can not be excavated. Soil
will be heated up to contaminants’ boiling point by soil thermal conductivity. Contaminants will be transformed
from liquid phase to vapor phase, and extracted to ground gas and water system by vacuum aboveextraction. The
heating devices are able to use electricity or natural gas, propane gas as fuel according to energy availability of the
site. Two cases (international and local)by using different energy (electricity and natural gas) will be presented.

Dr. Huifeng Shan graduated from environmental engineering department, Clemson University in the US, with
dissertation focusing on bioremediation of high concentration halomethanes contaminated groundwater. He joined
CH2M HILL as a strategic hire before Ph.D graduation, and participated in numerous site/groundwater remediation
projects in North America, South America, and Europe as a major engineer or core technologist, was recognized key
technical source of enhanced bioremediation, etc. In 2013, Dr. Shan joined PeroxyChem Environment as technical
director (East Asia) and deputy general manager of Beijing Enviro-Chem. Dr. Shan has successfully had 8 advanced
ISCO, ISCR, bioremediation, stabilization and ISTD technologies selected into China MEP Practical Technology List
and Best 100 Technology List, and led his team to participate in many “First” remediation projects in China. Dr.
Shan is well recognized in China remediation business, was the only prize winner of “2015 China Environmental
Remediation Young Expert – Technology”, and awarded Beijing High Level Overseas Talent/Beijing Specially
Recruited Expert, and Innovative Leader Talent of Daxing District in 2016.

Zhanghang钢铁厂自1936年运行至今,周边区域受其烟灰所污染,土壤被以砷铅为主的多种重金属污染。大多数区域
的修复采用的是开挖、土壤淋洗这样的总量去除的方法,然而当局决定对一个由两片松林组成的自然公园采用风险管
控的方法以保护此公园免受破坏,从而才有了这个韩国史上第一例的重金属稳定化修复工程。通过严谨的可研小试及中
试,以及囊括SPLP浸出、专门针对砷的形态分析,及生物利用度共三种方法在内的综合性的评估手段比选出最优药剂。
MetaFix击败来自日本、韩国的其它候选产品,并在全场实施中应用。

Abstract:
Janghang Smelter has been operated since 1936, its surrounding area had been contaminated by flue dust and
resulted in soil contamination by various heavy metals including As and Pb. Most of the areas were remediated
by excavation and soil washing, however, risk reduction based remedy was selected for a natural park with 2 pine
forests aiming to preserve the park, leading to this very first heavy metal stabilization project in Korea. Rigorous lab
treatability study and a pilot were conducted along with comprehensive evaluation methodology, covering SPLP, a
modified SEP, and a bioavailability protocol, to determine the optimal reagent to use. MetaFix outcompeted other
products from Japan and Korea and was applied in the full scale implementation.

Dr. Zhang has been deeply engaged in the research and application about soil remediation materials, toxicological
effects and risk assessment of pollutants in soil. And in this field, she participated in many state-level projects
research, such as the state high-tech development plan (863 program), the major project of national key
research and development plan, the national natural science foundation of china, and the foundation of national
engineering laboratory for site remediation technologies, etc. Beyond that, several papers indexed by SCI published
in the international authoritative journals, such as “Journal of hazardous materials”, ” Chemosphere”, and
”Environmental science and pollution research” etc. About ten patents for invention were applied or authorized.
And she has the extensive experiences of soil remediation materials research for dozens of contaminated sites.

与铅、锌、镉、铜等主要以二价阳离子形式存在的重金属相比,砷、铬、锑等主要以含氧阴离子形式存在的重/类金属污
染土壤修复难度会更大。这些含氧阴离子重/类金属以不同的价态存在,其稳定性和毒性都有不同程度的差异,故其修复
材料的研发思路也会不同。本报告重点阐述以含氧阴离子形式存在重金属/类金属污染土壤MetaPro®系列材料的研发
设计思路、产品特性以及应用案例。

Abstract:
Compared with the heavy metals existed in divalent cation form (eg. Pb, Zn, Cd, Cu etc.), the remediation of heavy
metals in oxyanion from (eg. As, Cr, Sb etc.) existing in soils is more difficult. This difference of metal chemical valence
may result in its differences of stability and toxicity. Therefore, the new research and design idea of amendments
needs to be put forward. This report would elaborate the designing thoughts, products features, and application
cases of MetaPro® series amendments for As/Cr/Sb contaminated soils.

目前国内场地调查主要依据《国家建设用地土壤污染风险筛选值》、《北京场地土壤环境风险评价筛选值》、《上海市
场地土壤环境健康风险评估筛选值》各地的风险评价筛选值,相关技术法规对石油烃的风险评价值进行评价,但各技术
法规的要求各不相同。应对法规的不同要求,土壤样品石油烃的实际监测方案,结合国内外的分析标准我们主要从石油
烃的定义,石油烃的不同分段方式,实验分析流程,实际样品石油烃典型案例进行和安捷伦Intuvo9000在TPH分析检测
中的应用进行主要介绍。

Abstract:
At present, domesitic site surveys are assessed mainly on the basis of risk assessment screening values required by various
regions such as Risk Screening Values for Soil Contamination Associated with Development Land by the State, Screening
Values for Soil Environmental Risk Assessment of Contaminated Sites by Beijing and Screening Level for Health Risk
Assessment of Contaminated Sites released by Shanghai, as well as assessment values of petroleum hydrocarbons
stipulated by relevant technical regulations. However, the requirements of technical regulations vary. In response to
different requirements of the regulations, the actual monitoring scheme for petroleum hydrocarbons in soil samples, and
combined with domestic and foreign analytical standards, we give introduction to the application of Agilent Intuvo9000
in TPH analysis and testing mainly in terms of definition and different segmentation methods of petroleum hydrocarbons,
experimental analysis procedures, and typical cases of petroleum hydrocarbons in actual samples.

Abstract:
Contaminated soil remediation : Introduce 2 kinds of S/S reagent for heavy metals, which have clear reaction
mechanism and guaranteed long-term stability. Besides, introduce a high-performance Fenton’s reagent.
Fly ash treatment : The treatment of heavy metals in fly ash is a problem encountered by incineration of municipal solid
waste. This report introduces a kind of chelating reagent which can used for various heavy metals at the same time.
Sludge disposal: Introduce a kind of flocculant. The sludge can be used as other engineering materials after being
treated with this flocculant.
Biological reagent: Introduce several kinds of biological agents, which can used for degrading the factory sludge,
mineral oil and deodorizing.

Norbert Brandsch, geologist and hydrogeologist M.Sc., graduated from the university of Karlsruhe (Germany) at
the Institute of Applied Geology (KIT-AGW), has extensive experience of two decades in complex investigation and
remediation projects in Latin America and Europe, in the definition and execution of investigation and remediation
concepts, including contamination characterization, soil and aquifer remedial projects, and dimensioning of remedial
systems etc. He is currently responsible for developing clients and managing large complex projects.

Abstract:
The system was designed and implemented for the purpose of removing free phases, the product adsorbed in the
soil and the light and dense non-aqueous phase liquids. The system is comprised of wells for water vapor injection,
which increases the aquifer temperature, reducing free phase viscosity, and wells for dual phase extraction, through
which free phase, groundwater, and vapors were removed. Therefore, the combination of temperature increase and
the hydraulic gradient generated by groundwater pumping enabled the free phase to move towards the extraction
wells, where it was extracted. The pumped groundwater and the oily phase were transferred to a recovery system,
while the vapors were burnt in the company’s furnaces. The separated oily and aqueous phases were also reused
in the production of carbon black. In 12 months of operation, the remediation system removed approximately 7 m3
of free phase. In the two following years the system removed 1 m3 more, pointing out that the free phase extraction
system had been exhausted. The risk analysis goal was achieved.

Prior to joining Ennox Technology in January 2016, Asbjorn has worked as management consultant and angel
investor for early stage companies since 2013.
Before that, he was senior vice president at SKAGEN Funds, a leading Norwegian fund management company, for 12
years. With SKAGEN, Asbjorn held full accountability for Country (Norway) sales operations’ profit and loss (P L),
overall leadership, strategic planning and business development.
From 1996 to 2001 Asbjorn worked in the financial sector in Frankfurt, Germany. The last three years he was client
relationship manager at SEB covering Scandinavian companies in Germany. Before that he was a team-manager at
PwC Frankfurt offering auditing services, financial accounting and reporting. Asbjorn has also spent three years with
the Royal Norwegian Navy serving as an officer on board different vessels.

本案例为在产石化厂土壤与地下水受到污染,经过详细调查与污染评估,乙苯污染物主要分布于工艺装置区与槽罐区,
为配合工厂还是持续生产之要求,规划主要以原位表面活性剂冲排技术并搭配热增强型土壤气体抽除系统進行修复,将
污染物移除后进行回收再利用。本场地进行原位表面活性剂冲排1年期间,回收了3.5万公升乙苯,另外热增强型土壤气
体抽除系统,将抽除的气体经过冷凝单元,回收了乙苯103吨。本场地於修复期间,进行了全厂区泄漏源排查,阻断了
各种污染物泄漏途径,达到污染预防的目的,也减少了工厂关停后修复的费用与时间。

Abstract:
In this case study, soil and groundwater were contaminated by operating petrochemical plant. After detailed
investigation and pollution assessment, the main pollutant is ethylbenzene which was mainly distributed in the
process and storage zone.Because the plant still needed continuous production. We design in-situ surfactant
flushing technology and heat-enhanced soil gas extraction system for remediation of hot spot zone, the pollutants
were removed and recycled near 35,000 liters of ethylbenzene during in-situ surfactant flushing operation period,
In addition, a thermally enhanced soil gas extraction system removes highly contaminated gas to the condensing
unit, during six years of operation, a total of 103 tons of ethylbenzene with a purity of 99% was recovered.After
the site has undergone various remediation procedures, the pollution at the site has been greatly reduced. At the
remediation period, the factory has also carried out inspections of the sources of pollution leakage, We blocked
various leakage routes of pollutants, and reduced the remediation cost and time after the closure of the factory.

fate and transport of petroleum compounds in the unsaturated zone at gasoline-spill sites. Matt joined the New
Jersey District office of the U.S. Geological Survey in 1989 and served as an adjunct professor in the Civil Engineering
Department at Drexel University from 1995-1999. In 2000, Matt joined Shell Projects and Technology where he
serves as the principal lead for the Soil and Groundwater R D Program. Matt has published extensively on vapor
transport in the unsaturated zone and has been serving as an Associate Editor for the Ground Water Monitoring and
Remediation Journal since 2005. In 2014, Matt helped co-author the Interstate Technology and Regulatory Guidance
on Petroleum Vapor Intrusion and now serves as a classroom trainer.

关方案的基础。在本项研究中,我们将对一个简单的反应迁移模型(Bio Vapor)进行校准,将其应用在由美国联邦环保署地
下储油罐办公室建立的大规模土壤气数据库内,对苯和总石油烃剂的自然衰减率进行估算。通过假设保守迁移以及有效扩散系

Abstract:
An understanding of natural source-zone depletion (NSZD) rates of individual constituents of potential concern
(COPCs) and factors that affect NSZD rates are fundamental to sustainable, risk-based decision making at
petroleum release sites. NSZD rates are necessary to assess the need for, and optimization of, engineered
remediation systems. Conventional methods for NSZD rate determination (e.g., surface flux chambers and
canisters, carbon dioxide/oxygen soil-gas gradient methods, and thermal gradient methods) largely target
total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) and not COPCs, for which soil and groundwater regulatory standards are
more established. Surface flux measurements are also impractical at sites with paved surfaces which commonly
exist at petroleum underground storage tank (UST) sites. In this study, NSZD rates were estimated for benzene
and TPH by calibrating a simple, reactive transport model (BioVapor) to a large empirical soil-gas database
compiled by the US EPA Office of Underground Storage Tanks. The study involved analyses of soil-gas data from
55 vapor probe nests located at 35 petroleum UST sites across the United States. TPH and benzene transport
were simulated assuming conservative transport assumptions and effective diffusion coefficients based on site-
specific soil classifications and moisture saturation properties recommended for vapor transport modeling by
the US Environmental Protection Agency. Aerobic biodegradation rates were determined by model calibration
of predicted and measured soil-gas concentration data. Model results indicated that NSZD rates of benzene are
more than two orders of magnitude less than TPH, which is consistent with an assumed gasoline vapor source
containing 1% benzene. Benzene and TPH NSZD rates were also poorly correlated suggesting that conventional
TPH-based methods are inadequate for benzene NSZD rate determinations. NSZD rates were most sensitive
to source vapor concentration and soil type and generally decrease over time. Multiple soil-gas concentration
measurements will thus be required for the meaningful predictions of plume longevity and time to reach soil and
groundwater standards.

The methodology of soil-gas sampling and analysis is to collect the gas in soil from monitoring wells drilled at the
site and complete the analysis in the lab. This technique is playing a more and more critical role in site investigation
with VOCs as specific pollutants, for it could define the pollutants and obtain the distribution regularities in a quick
and accurate way. Kangda will make a complete introduction to soil-gas monitoring technique, covering processes
such as point-setting, sample collection, retention, transportation and analysis. Key factors and difficulties during the
processes will also be analyzed combined with practical cases.

Ian Brookman has a degree in Environmental Earth Sciences, along with 20 years’ experience in the assessment and
remediation of contaminated land and groundwater. He is currently the Manager of Business Strategy for Ventia’s
environmental and remediation business unit, and in that role, he assists Commonwealth, State and Corporate clients
with practical remediation solutions to complex contamination problems.
During his career, Ian has been involved in many Australia’s most significant remediation projects including
the $405M Hunter River Remediation Project, the HMAS Platypus remediation project, the Macdonaldtown and
Toowoomba gasworks remediation projects and the Cox Peninsula Remediation Project. More recently he has been
focussed on the current $125m remediation of the Barangaroo precinct which Ventia is undertaking.
Ian is also the current President of the Australasian Land Groundwater Association (ALGA), which is the Peak
industry body for people dealing with contaminated land and water.

2016年9月10-11日,“2016棕地再生与生态修复国际会议”在清华大学举行,会议主题为“棕地再生与健康城
市”。该会议由清华大学建筑学院、美国哈佛大学设计学院技术与环境中心、环保部对外合作中心联合组织,清华大学
建筑学院景观学系承办,是清华大学建筑学院70周年院庆的重要系列学术活动之一。会议设置了5个论坛,主题包括政策
法规、合作共赢、设计与技术之间、生态修复、国际经验与交流。来自美国、英国、德国、以色列及中国的24位嘉宾进
行了精彩的学术报告,并同与会的250余位参会代表就棕地再生领域的政策、实践及理论问题进行了热烈的交流与讨论。
环境保护部与住房和城乡建设部等部委的相关领导在开幕式上致辞,参会嘉宾及人员包括风景园林、环境工程、矿业修
复等多专业、多领域的专业人士。同期举行的北京首钢棕地再生工作营中,来自美国、西班牙、中国的近60名学生在三
国老师的指导下进行了联合设计,并在大会上进行了成果汇报。会议最后,会议执行主席郑晓笛宣读了《2016棕地再生

conference which is introduced below. The 2018 conference focuses on interdisciplinary collaboration and future
trends. Co-chairs of the conference are Professor Niall Kirkwood at Harvard University, Associate Professor Xiaodi
Zheng at Tsinghua University and Associate Professor Deyi Hou at Tsinghua University.

On September 10th to 11th, 2016, the 2016 International Conference on Brownfields Regeneration and Ecological
Restoration was held at Tsinghua University with the theme of Brownfields Regeneration and Healthy Cities . As one
of the important academic activities of the 70th anniversary of the School of Architecture at Tsinghua University, the
conference was co-organized by the School of Architecture of Tsinghua University, the Technology and Environment
Center of Harvard Graduate School of Design, and the Foreign Economic Cooperation Office of the Ministry of
Environmental Protection, and was hosted by the Department of Landscape Architecture of the School of Architecture
at Tsinghua University. The conference set up five forums, including themes on policies and regulations, win-win
cooperation, design and technology, ecological restoration, and international experience and exchanges. Twenty-four
invited speakers from the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Israel, and China conducted inspiring speech
and had lively exchanges and discussions with more than 250 delegates on policy, practice and theoretical issues in
the field of brownfields regeneration. Government officials from the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry
of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other ministries and committees addressed the opening ceremony.
The participants included academicians, professionals and students in various fields, including landscape architecture,
environmental engineering, mining restoration and etc. During the Brownfields Regeneration Workshop of Beijing
Capital Steel Factory held in conjunction with the conference, joint design activities was conducted by nearly 60
students from the United States, Spain and China under the instruction of the teachers of the three countries, and the
results were shown at the conference as well. During the closing ceremony, the Declaration of the 2016 International
Conference on Brownfields Regeneration and Ecological Restoration was read out and all participants approved it by
acclamation. The 2016 conference is the first international conference focusing on brownfields regeneration in China s
landscape architecture field with participants from multiply disciplines and professions. Its success has not only set
up a great communication platform for scholars, engineers, designers, and students to discuss brownfields related
subjects, but also promoted technology integration and theoretical innovation in the field of landscape architecture,
contributing to the building of an ecological environment and a healthy life in the future.

On June 8th to 9th, 2018, the 2nd International Conference on Brownfields Regeneration Ecological Restoration is
held in collaboration with the 2nd China Sustainable Environmental Remediation Conference. With support from the
China Association of Environmental Protection Industry, the 2018 forum aims to further strengthen the communication
and collaboration between landscape architecture and environmental engineering in the process of brownfields
regeneration so as to better respond to the challenges of sustainable remediation and the development of ecological
civilization. Welcome!

(ASLA),《城市设计》杂志编委。清华大学博士、学士,美国哈佛大学硕士(MLA)。曾任职于美国欧林设计事务所
(OLIN)、SWA设计集团旧金山公司等,参与的主要实践项目包括美国华盛顿纪念碑安全性提升景观设计(2008年ASLA
设计奖)、美国纽约市哥伦布环岛广场(2006年ASLA设计奖)等。

主要研究方向为城市棕地与废弃地改造再生、校园景观设计研究、风景园林设计理论。近5年在《中国园林》、《建筑
学报》、《环境工程》、《Topos》、《China City Planning Review》、《风景园林》、《景观设计学》、《北京规
划建设》等国内外专业期刊发表论文10余篇。译著《棕地再生原则:废弃地的清理·设计·再利用》2014年由中国建筑工
业出版社出版。

获2017年(国际)风景园林教育者联合会(CELA)主席奖、2015年北京高校第九届青年教师教学基本功比赛文史类A
组一等奖、最受学生欢迎奖、最佳教案奖、最佳演示奖,2015年清华大学青年教师教学优秀奖,2014年清华大学第六
届青年教师教学大赛文科组一等奖第一名,北京市优秀毕业生、清华大学优秀博士毕业生、清华大学优秀博士论文一等

Speaker Introdction:
Xiaodi Zheng is associate professor at the Department of Landscape Architecture, School of Architecture, Tsinghua
University, China. Before returning to China in 2008, she worked with OLIN and SWA Group in the US participating
in award-winning projects, including Washington Monument Grounds and Security Improvement Project in
Washington, DC, and Columbus Circle in New York City, both of which received the ASLA National Award of Honor.
Mrs. Zheng’s research focuses on brownfields regeneration and sustainable landscape. She has published widely
in both Chinese and English professional journals, including Topos, Chinese Landscape Architecture, Architecture
Journal China City Planning Review, and Environmental Engineering etc. Besides Tsinghua, she also taught or
gave lectures at University of Pennsylvania, China Academy of Art, Nanjing University, South China University of
Technology etc.

演讲摘要

在我国生态文明建设、“土十条”颁布、城市双修等一系列举措的推动下,棕地的污染治理工作快速推进。然而在新型
城镇化的要求下,仅仅完成场地中的污染治理是不够的,还应将其建设成安全、生态、优美、宜居的城市景观与生活空
间,这一目标需要场地修复工作与景观规划设计在全过程中的有机结合,包括场地再生用途的确定、修复策略与技术的
选择、景观地形的塑造、场地水系与种植设计等,环境工程与风景园林专业的有效合作可以使场地修复工作更为经济高
效、为营造美好城市景观提供更多可能性,是实现绿色可持续修复的重要基础。

Abstract:
Several important policies and regulations issued by the Chinese government in recent years have strongly prompted
brownfields remediation work in China, including the Ecological Civilization Development policy, the Action Plan on
Prevention and Control of Soil Pollution, the movement of Urban Repair and Ecological Restoration etc. Under the
pressure of the rapid urbanization process, it is not enough to merely clean-up the site, but shall transform it into
a safe, ecological and pleasant urban space. To achieve this goal, a close collaboration between site remediation
and landscape design is called upon. By working together through the entire process of brownfields regeneration
project, including the determination of end use, the selection of remediation strategy and technology, the shaping
of topography and water system, and the planting design, landscape architects and environmental engineers can
together contribute to a more economic and efficient remediation process, provide more potential for attractive
urban space, and realize a true sustainable brownfields regeneration approach.

Speaker Introdction:
Kurt A. Frantzen is an environmental science professional with thirty-three years of experience. His work focuses
on environmental risk analysis, and impaired property (Brownfield) investigation and remediation. He has advised
developers and commercial; clients concerning a variety of environmental management and compliance issues (due
to legacy and current operations), as well as assisting in environmental litigation (serving as science adviser and
expert testimony regarding cost recovery, cost allocation, and environmental insurance). He edited and co-author of
Risk Based Analysis for Environmental Managers (Lewis Publishers, 2001) and is a regular lecturer in the Brownfield
Practicum course in the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University.

演讲摘要

修复,并非仅仅是化学层面的清理。相反,我们会去整治这些化学物质对环境及生活或工作在重建中的人所带来的风
险。我将以三种方式谈论通过重建的风险修复:
• 生态文明要求提高环境意识,改善生态健康,促进经济发展,建设社会和谐。这需要我们在可持续修复和再开发工作

中构建跨学科的思维。
• 有许多补救技术,但仍需将其整合以控制或减轻风险要求基于风险的分析衡量成功,指导土地规划设计,指导经济发

展模式与计划,并向人们传达风险和再开发以及鼓励社会和谐。
• 通过关注风险而不是化学品,我们将想象处如何应用科学和修复工程的新想法。它迫使我们正确地定义“多干净才是

干净”。做到这一点的一种方法是将再开发视为修复。设计风险将可持续发展的土地规划(景观设计)与长期健康的
人类和环境结合起来(摊销风险)。
以上我将用美国的建成环境和农业区修复的实例,以阐释上述概念。

Abstract:
Remediation is not merely cleaning-up chemicals. Rather, we remediate the risk posed by those chemicals to the
environment and people living or working in the redevelopment to follow. I will speak about Remediating Risk
through Redevelopment in three ways:
• Ecological Civilization requires an environmentally friendly consciousness that improves ecological health, enhances
economic development, and builds social harmony. This demands Cross-Disciplinary Thinking in our work of
sustainable remediation and redevelopment.
• There are many remediation techniques, but integrating them to control or mitigate risk requires Risk-Based
Analysis measure success, inform land-planning design, guide economic development models and plans, and
communicate to people about risk and redevelopment and to encourage social harmony.
• By focusing on risk, instead of chemicals, we imagine new ideas of how to apply the science and engineering
of remediation. It forces us to properly define “how clean is clean enough.” One way to do this is to think of
Redevelopment as Remediation. Designing Risk integrates land planning (landscape architecture) for sustainable
development that is healthy for humans and the environment over time (amortizing risk).
I will demonstrate these concepts using examples from the United States of remediating risk in the built environment
and agricultural areas.

东方园林科技委员会副主席,清华大学东方生态研究中心生态修复规划研究室副主任,美国注册专业地质师。我国最早
将生态景观元素应用于矿山修复和场地修复的践行者之一。曾担任清华大学国环环境工程设计院副院长,美国某环境资
源管理集团中国区首席技术顾问,指导并管理了数百个生态环境修复项目,并开创性的提出了大型矿山生态修复的“五
位一体”模式,对于实施大面积国土生态修复具有重要的指导意义。

Speaker Introdction:
Vice Director of Ecological Remediation Planning Office, Orient Ecology Research Center, Tsinghua University, and
Certified Professional Geologist of U.S. He is one of the earliest Chinese who applied ecological landscape elements
to mine remediation and site remediation.
Mr. Fan was Vice Director of Beijing Guohuan Tsinghua Environmental Engineering Design Research Institute and
Chief Technical Advisor in Chinese Zone of an American environmental and resource management group. He has
guided and managed hundreds of eco-environmental remediation projects, and proposed the pioneering“Five-in-
One”ecological remediation mode for large mines, with a guiding significance for the implementation of ecological
remediation in a large area.

国土生态环境为国民经济发展提供原材料的同时,也是国民生活的场所。超负荷的污染排放和资源索取将动摇可持续发
展的基础。为应对这一挑战,国家出台了相关政策来规范和协调“山水林田湖草”的修复与利用,作为自然生态系统的
山水与人文视角中的林田湖草和谐共处是中国传统文化对家园的终极诉求。利用现代工程技术结合生物工程方法恢复自
然风貌,使得再现绿水青山成为可能,工程美学与生态美学的结合既是一个认识自然的机遇也是对技术能力的挑战。这
个报告里将通过实例介绍我们的探索。

Abstract:
Natural environment not only supply raw material to economy development, also accommodate human society.
Over-consumption of national resource shall jeopardize sustainable development of the country. Realized the
potential risk arising from nature depletion, Chinese authority promote ecology restoration as fundamental policy.
Balanced utilization of natural landscape and culture landscape is the ideological picture in Chinese culture. By
integrating civil engineering and biological engineering technique, reinstate natural environment may become
achievable. This presentation will demonstrate how aesthetics can be achieved by engineering techniques.

planning projects in different scales, and proposed innovative solutions consistent with urban infrastructure through

可持续发展社区是指在可持续生活原则指导下进行规划、兴建和改良的社区空间,这些原则融合了社区生活各要素,包
括水资源、交通运输、能源、废弃物处理等,并从环境和经济两方面看待可持续发展。棕地治理的终极目标是创造可持
续空间,在重建的规划阶段应充分运用可持续发展的概念,让最终使用重建地块的公众受惠。

Abstract:
Sustainable communities are spaces which are planned, built or modified according to the principles of sustainable
living. These principles can be incorporated into diverse aspects of community life, including water, transportation,
energy, waste and material and they may focus on sustainability from both environmental and economic viewpoints.
The final goal of successful brownfield remediation is to create sustainable spaces. During the planning stage of
brownfield redevelopment, the concept of sustainable development should be fully incorporated so that it ultimately
benefits the end users of these regenerated urban areas ---- the general public.
